Friends Health & Fitness offers a range of membership option to suit your requirements:
- Swim & Gym - includes pool, spa, steam, gym, gym programming and group exercise classes
- Gym - gym, gym programming and all land based group exercise classes.
- Swim - Pool, spa, steam room and all aqua classes
- Aerobic - All land based group exercise classes
Memberships are available over terms of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months or via Direct Debit over a minimum period of 6 months
Joining Fees are applicable on all memberships
