A player may not play as a replacement if he/she has already participated in a rubber of that type i.e. a player may only play in one singles and one doubles rubber during a match
Examples which fall into this category are listed below:

Either coach (or Manager if not a coach) may issue a warning and must then report that warning to the person in charge of the opposition team, once the warning has been recorded on the score sheet. Subsequent warnings cannot be given to the same player until the person in charge of the opposition has been notified.

Only those officials nominated by the school as either the coach or manager on the day may issue a warning.

It is not necessary for both coaches/managers to have heard or seen what took place as long as one of the two people in charge witnessed the actions concerned.

It will be up to the manager/coach of the player cautioned to ensure that no further problems occur. Again, should the opposition coach/manager witness unsatisfactory behaviour, a further warning will be issued. Once a third warning has been given to the same player, play in that rubber will cease and the two people in charge will sort out the details before the next rubber can commence.

A coach/manager may not be questioned about a warning other than to ask for the reason for the warning. An opposing coach/manager may not dispute a warning.

Each warning shall be written on the back of the score sheet along with the reason. If the warnings are not written on the score sheet at the time of the offence, they are deemed not to have occurred.

In the case of physical attack on another player, that player will forfeit the rubber in which he/she is participating and will not be allowed to take any further part in the match. Completed games until this point shall be retained but subsequent games wil be forfeited. A substitute player may replace the player in subsequent rubbers.

In the case of a verbal attack on a player –calling the player a cheat or swearing at them, the player concerned will forfeit any more games due to be played in that rubber. Completed games until this point shall be retained in that rubber but subsequent games will be forfeited. The player may play in a subsequent rubber.

FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE OFFENCES, ONE OR BOTH OF THE ADULTS IN CHARGE OF THE MATCH MUST HAVE HEARD THE OFFENCE. PARENTS OR ADULT SPECTATORS OTHER THAN OFFICIALS CANNOT  ADJUDICATE IN THIS REGARD.

At the SATIS state Final, delegates agreed that there should be an independent observer. SATIS delegates agreed to take on this role.
