BOYS
1. Hockey shall be played under the rules recognised by the Tasmanian Hockey Association, except as hereinafter stated.
2. The time of play shall be thirty minutes each way with a five minute interval. If a result has not been obtained, at the end of normal time, seven and a half minutes extra each way, without interval, shall be played immediately. If no result is then obtained, the match shall be declared a draw and the Premiership shared.

GIRLS
1. Hockey will be conducted under the rules of the Federation of International Hockey.

2. The game shall be played on a good standard ground with neutral qualified umpires.

3. The duration of the game shall be two periods of 30 minutes with a five minute break at half time for both 1st and 2nd grade.

4. In Grand Finals if a result is not obtained at the end of normal playing time seven and a half minutes each way without interval shall be played. If no result is then obtained, a drawn game shall be declared, and the Premiership shall be shared.
